Buynatural and roasted nuts

Nuts are versatile and an important part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For example, enjoy natural nuts as a topping for your muesli or as a snack. In addition to natural nuts, you can also buy roasted nuts in our online store.

Buy nuts of the highest quality

Whether for cashews, almonds or walnuts - we are always on the lookout for special raw materials that meet our high quality and taste standards. From the field to you: we focus on sustainability and care from the cultivation of the nuts to their harvesting and processing. We work with long-standing partners and are committed to sustainable development through origin projects. With these projects, we show that cultivation and harvesting are possible in a way that conserves resources. At the same time, we are committed to preserving traditional varieties.

Storing nuts correctly

We pack the majority of our nuts in a resealable bag. You can easily store them in them. Ideally, you should store them in a cool, dry and dark place.

Roasted nuts

Our crunchy nut kernels get their strong roasted aroma from our in-house, gentle kettle roasting process. You can buy the roasted nuts in our range both salted and unsalted. You can easily recognize the unsalted nuts by our red NoSalt seal.

Do you prefer your roasted nuts salted, but don't want salt on your fingers? We have the solution: our innovative InSalt process. We use it to add fine sea salt to the nut kernels, preventing salt from sticking to your fingers. You can recognize the salted nuts by the blue InSalt seal.

Natural nuts

Enjoy our natural nuts such as pecan kernels or the nut mix with hazelnut. To ensure that our natural nuts also taste good, we travel all over the world to find the best qualities and the most unique taste for you.

Which nuts are healthy?

There is no one nut that is the healthiest, because nuts differ in their content of various valuable ingredients. It's all in the mix! Incorporate different varieties into your diet to benefit from the individual ingredients.

There's no denying that nuts contain a lot of fat. But many varieties also contain a high level of unsaturated fatty acids, such as our pecan kernels, Brazil nut kernels or our nut kernel melange.

Our walnut kernels, for example, have a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, such as alpha-linolenic acid . * Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Some types of nuts contain a source of protein, such as our almonds or cashews. Proteins contribute to an increase in muscle mass. * As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Integrate nuts into your diet

You can integrate nuts into your diet in various ways. Whether as a topping in a salad, for your smoothie or with muesli. To bring out the flavor of some nuts, it can be helpful to roast them in a pan or in the oven. Try it out and try our recipes for a nut-fruit bread or the nut mix granola with organic dates.

Nuts can also be used to create other tasty recipes, such as beet carpaccio with broken almonds with turmeric. You can find more delicious recipes for inspiration on our website.
